Gensler’s robust cop routine, which to some extent is exactly the purpose of this campaign towards crypto, can’t be deserted. That will sign weak point, and weak point is political dying. The extra possible play of a masterful political operator, which the chair undoubtedly is, is to double down on enforcement and, by doing so, reveal power to all those that may in any other case query whether or not his technique and elegance is likely to be the issue.
