The ruling for this issue (farting) is this: If the fart comes out with noise loud enough for others (people praying beside you) to hear or get disturbed or it comes out with foul smell, then your wudu (ablution) is broken and you need to once again perform wudu and start afresh (in prayer).Jan 14, 2020
