In order to address the challenge of distinguishing between humans and artificial intelligence (AI) online, Worldcoin proposes the use of decentralized protocols, which are typically found in crypto systems. The company has announced the availability of its World ID Software Developer Kit (SDK), which is a privacy-preserving digital identification protocol that allows seamless access to websites, mobile apps, and cryptocurrencies. This SDK enables developers to quickly create new integrations for web, mobile, and on-chain platforms. Worldcoin has also migrated key elements of its technology stack and initiated user migration, which is a significant step towards scaling Web3 identity and governance.

The World ID SDK announcement comes just after the Superchain reached 2 million World ID registrations worldwide. The project has also recently integrated with Okta’s Auth0 Marketplace and expanded into Germany and Spain. This reflects the growing collective effort to support the Superchain, which is a scalable and interoperable blockchain ecosystem built on the Ethereum network.

The migration of World ID and the World App to OP Mainnet has several benefits for users. It includes World ID support on Ethereum with bridges for Optimism and Polygon PoS, the distribution of secure wallets on OP Mainnet, and Uniswap support on the World App. The migration process takes an average of 90 seconds and enables users to have greater control over their finances and participation in the global economy.

The migration of World ID and World App to OP Mainnet enhances the capabilities of Optimism’s Citizens’ House and AttestationStation. The collaboration between Worldcoin and Optimism aims to build inclusive and open identity primitives that can be used by anyone and any application, both within and beyond the Superchain.

Worldcoin and Optimism have previously collaborated on contributions to EIP-4844, a protocol that aims to reduce Layer 2 (L2) fees by 10 times. The progress has been significant, and EIP-4844 is currently in the process of being included in Ethereum’s next hardfork. The partnership between Worldcoin and Optimism is focused on creating a scalable and inclusive future for cryptocurrencies and advancing identity on the blockchain.

Overall, Worldcoin’s proposal involves the use of decentralized protocols to address the challenge of distinguishing between humans and AI online. By migrating World ID and World App to OP Mainnet and collaborating with Optimism, the company aims to enhance the security and user experience of the crypto community within the Superchain ecosystem..
