Bitcoin’s price remained above $43,000 in morning trading on Monday but has fallen from nearly 2-year highs set earlier this month. All ten cryptocurrencies by market capitalization have fallen in the last 24 hours.

The bearish sentiment is also reflected in the global crypto market cap, which has fallen by over 2.5% to $1.61 trillion in the last 24 hours. The fear and greed index score stood at 67, indicating that investors’ sentiment has decreased.

Prices of the shiba inu meme coin dropped over 8% in the last 24 hours to $0.0000088, dropping its market cap to $5.2 billion. However, trading volumes in the last 24 hours have gained over 46% to $170.8 million, indicating increased retail interest in the meme coin.

After a spectacular 14% rise last week, the Lido DAO price fell over 8.5% to $2.85, dropping its market cap to $2.53 billion. Meanwhile, trading volumes in the last 24 hours fell 16% to $176.4 million, signaling a waning of retail interest in the token.
