Binance Lists ETC, ENS, and TIA in FDUSD and USDC Spot Trading Pairs

binance introduced four new spot trading pairs on Friday, January 19, 2024, in a strategic move to expand trading options and elevate user experience. Newly added pairs include ethereum classic (ETC), ethereum name service (ENS), celestia. (TIA) and sui (SUI) were used as base currencies.

List of Additions to Binance Spot Trading

According to the latest announcement, the following pairs were listed on Binance at 08:00 UTC on Friday.

  • ENS/FDUSD
  • VB/FDUSD
  • SUI/USDC
  • TIA/USDC
It is also worth noting that Binance has not only expanded trading pairs but also added Trading Bots services. On January 19, Trading Bot services will be available for the XAI/USDT pair, providing Spot Grid, Spot DCA and Rebalance Bot capabilities. Additionally, users will be able to initiate Spot Algo Orders for the newly listed ENS/FDUSD, ETC/FDUSD, SUI/USDC, TIA/USDC pairs.

Additionally, Binance promoted this opportunity with a zero Maker fee promotion on all available FDUSD trading pairs. This fee waiver will remain in effect until further notice and will provide an attractive opportunity to trade the recently introduced ETC and ENS pairs.

Recent Delisting of Spot Trading Pairs

While Binance has been expanding its spot trading options, it has also removed several pairs recently. Earlier on Friday, Binance delisted several spot trading pairs that used Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Binance Coin (BNB) as quote currencies. The delisting took effect at 03:00 UTC today. Affected pairs include DAR/BNB, DEXE/ETH, ID/BNB, and POLS/BTC, which were selected based on factors such as weak liquidity.

Simultaneously, Spot Trading Bots services connected to the pairs in question were also stopped. Although this delisting affects certain trading pairs, Binance emphasizes that this does not prevent the availability of tokens on the platform. Users can continue trading the base and quote assets of the delisted pairs through other available trading pairs.
